  1. A fan made an entire website to look at clothing and other items before you buy them which is something I am very happy to see. I didn't understand why this was not an option in the dang game. Another question I have for the devs... lol You can check it out here: https://www.cyberpunk404.net/

  2. In case anyone wants to play with cheats, I figured I would share them here. *You can only use these cheats on PC so keep that in mind* First you have to install Cyber Engine Tweaks which you can find here: https://wiki.cybermods.net/cyber-engine-tweaks/ / https://github.com/yamashi/CyberEngineTweaks/releases/tag/v1.8.2 The path may be different for you depending on where you have the game installed. Once you find the directory with the installation folder, you extract the files to Cyberpunk install path)/bin/x64. You might want to disable overlays while running the mod. O

  3. I feel like this was overlooked or something. When doing any kind of stealth, things get incredibly dark and if I turn up the brightness too much, the game just looks terrible. I feel like they should have considered this to be an actual tool in the game for people who either have trouble seeing in low-light areas or just generally because it is the future and you expect people to have night vision implanted into them with everything else.

  4. I thought I would post this since I had to help a friend do it on his Xbox Series X. Go to "My Games & Apps" on the main menu of the Xbox One. Go all the way down to "Manage" and under the "Settings" header, you will see "Network Transfer". Select that and allow the network transfer. Be sure your Xbox One is up to date on the latest firmware and updates to ensure it is compatible with the newer system. After you have updated the console and have the option checked off, boot your XSX/S and go to the "My Games & Apps" section again. Follow the same as above but this time, you will s

  5. Curious to see if anyone tried it or is currently using it. I only just heard about it last night. It is still fairly new though and only came out a few days ago. Here is the link: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/669 You get access to different camera views while on foot. Looks pretty neat!

  6. If they keep this site going long-term, I will def. put it to use. Not sure when I will play the game again, really depends on when they release the XSX version of the game. No idea when that will be.

  7. It does run it better. My buddy is playing it through Linux. Go figure. Is there anything Linux doesn't do better at this point? It still shocks me people would choose Windows over it.

  8. There is no NPC day and night cycle. NPCs spawn and despawn outside constantly outside of the player's view. If there is an NPC doing any action, they will do it on a continuous cycle until the player moves away. NPCs that are not related to story/side quest narratives only have one dialog reply that seems empty, boring, and repetitive. If one NPC is hurt, the other NPCs will gather in a circle around the player and crouch to the floor doing a copy/paste animation even if they didn't see anything happen. Unlike GTA V, NPCs driving cars will follow a specific route which if it gets interrupted o

  9. In case anyone wanted to unlock all the legendary and/or iconic clothing pieces, I found a site you can use to find them all. I found most on my own but struggled with a few and came across this page. It helped me complete the collection. Thought I would share it. The list of items and the link to the page below: Legendary Clothing Head Blooming Amber Bandana Cushioned Techie Baseball Cap Media Baseball Cap With Reactive Layer Shoes Cushioned Aramid-Sole Techie Shoes Waterproof Badge Combat Boots Elastiweave Fixer Shoes With Reinforced

  10. This kind of stuff is likely posted on a weekly basis and only gains traction when enough people believe it. This is how it works. You can easily convince people a lie is the truth if you keep saying it over, and over, and over again.

  11. I figured I would post this so everyone knows what is going on from the source. I am pulling this from Cyberpunk's website. I know a lot of people were confused as to what was going on with the online purchases and whether this was temporary or permanent. There were also concerns about support. Following our discussion with PlayStation, a decision was made to temporarily suspend digital distribution of Cyberpunk 2077 on PlayStation Store. You can still buy physical versions of the game in brick and mortar stores and online. All purchased digital and physical copies of the game will c

  12. I did not know this was a thing! I was actually googling stuff to preview it before. I am shocked I didn't come across the site sooner. Thanks OP!

  13. I thought she was one of of few that stood out among what felt to be very empty shells in terms of characters. I don't know if this was down to recording or what but I really didn't connect with many of them.

  14. So this is what I am being told. I have not tried it but apparently, if you can get the game to run on Linux, a lot of the issues you would normally have you just don't. This is pretty interesting considering how poorly the game is running elsewhere. Anyone here try this?

  15. I don't know about any servers but you can download a map of the city. This was made last year. I don't know if you seen it OP which is why I am sharing it. https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/cyberpunk-project-timelapse/

  16. I mean, she is an interesting character in comparison to the rest but I wouldn't consider her to be one that stands out for me personally. She almost seems "half there" at times. I think if they focused more on her as an individual in the main story it would have reflected better over all.

  17. It doesn't help either that they advertised the NPCs to be groundbreaking. You throw a bomb in the middle of cars and every single one does the exact same motion. Like they are just robots. It sucks.

  18. USB is easier if you are familiar with using them on console. You just transfer the saves to it and then plug it into the other system and load them, save the game, and everything is good to go.

  19. Thanks for posting this. I did read about it but I never bothered going to the site to actually look. I thought it was going to be some goofy fan site but they did a really good job at it. Looks real nice and official even.

  20. It really isn't. I played it on the Xbox One and ended up getting a refund. I played a bit at my brother's and he has it on the Xbox Series S and the game isn't really any better. I mean the graphics look nicer but the game overall runs the same and has the same bugs.

  21. I saved the site as well. Didn't know such a place even existed but it will come in handy if/when I play the game again in the future.

  22. That seems like the smartest thing to do at the moment if you want to play the game on console. I don't think it is worth playing in the state it is in right now.

  23. Nice find. This will come in handy for me. I hated not being able to see what things would look like on V before buying them. So much of the items are expensive as hell too. I got a few things and hated the way they looked. Ended up wasting money.

  24. I got it running on Linux myself and it is insane that I can turn up the graphics and get better results overall. I wish I had done it from the start. Very easy to run it and it makes a world of difference for me.

  25. My buddy said a similar thing. He said it is not worth playing the game anymore now that he finished the story, not until they fix it. He also said the bugs and everything really ruined his enjoyment.

  26. Now I feel stupid. LOL I was thinking this was a glitch or something. I even tried looking it up online and found nothing on it. After reading this, I was able to do it in the game no problem. I don't know why I didn't think to ask about it here. Thanks OP for bringing it up.

  27. That is pretty cool. I would not have the time or patience to do something like this but appreciate when other people do. Going to bookmark the page for when I play the game again.

  28. The money loss and support alone had to suck. I don't know what they will do from here but they likely will get it back on the system after they fix the damn thing.

  29. I had issues with this myself. If you want to use the mod you will have to have a berserk cyberdeck equipped in the OS. Doesn't matter the company, just go with which ever one you want. Select it from the cyberware inventory in the menu and just equip it in whatever mod slot you have available.

  30. CD Projekt has a lot to deal with next year. I think we are all in for a nightmare at this point. Things are going to get worse before they get better not only for the game but irl situations. Just buckle up and hope they pull through so at least we will have Cyberpunk 2077 to distract us.

  31. No need to worry about this with PlayStation.. LOL I was shocked they pulled the plug. At least Xbox still kept things going for the fans and there is a legit wait to port this over without any issues.

  32. They are going to do their best not to bleed any more money. That is what anyone in their position would do. I am sure they have good lawyers on their side. Just sucks but this is what happens when you rush a game.

  33. Anytime this happens, I just quit and relaunch the game. No point in trying to wait for it to fix itself. Sometimes it will after 30 seconds to a few minutes, other times it does nothing.

  34. I actually just read about this the other day. I had no idea it was part of a bug. It seems like they aren't all over as much since the last fix but they are still sprinkled in areas a bit more than they should be.

  35. I heard about this in passing. Not sure what they are trying to accomplish but I guess this is what you do when you don't want to be sued for a lot of money. You just plead stupid and hope they forget.

  36. This isn't a shocker to me. Like Ghost mentioned, people kept the game. While they had a ton of refunds, plenty still carried on with it hoping for fixes and patches.

  37. On PC, yes, on console, no. Even on PC, you are going to have issues but at least the game is playable. I would not recommend bothering if your computer isn't a solid build though.

  38. Let me know. I would like to see if it does and if so, I will make the switch. I have been wanting to move to Linux for awhile but all my gaming and a lot of what I do is on Windows.

  39. Yeah I did. I just mentioned in another thread that they might have been holding off because of the conflict between the companies.

  40. I think it is. They just did another patch/update and plan to do more in the near future. Based on what I seen with other games they have handled, they stick to fixing issues until they are fixed.

  41. I gave it a 5 too, played it on XSX for a bit, gave up. I am going to just wait for the next gen console releases instead of playing the backward version.

  42. I blame the entire team. I am not going to sugar coat it and pick sides. While I am not outraged over the state of the game nor did I want a refund, I still feel like the way they handled this game was piss poor.
    1 point
  43. Did you end up getting one since then? I would hope so considering they removed the game and were issuing them out. Make sure you do it before they close the refund period. I think they won't allow refunds at the start of 2021.

  44. I am the same way. I just use force most of the time. I don't think it is worth using guns unless you are at a distance and even then, you don't know if it will work as intended.

  45. Same for me. I can't rate it any higher considering all the bugs and issues. It is a shame because it looks great. It just does not function well.
    1 point
  46. Apparently this is down to a bug. There isn't meant to be this many in the game. They are under the same file as "junk" items and they are just being replicated in the game too many times.

  47. I see, I see! Yeah this was a nice edition to the world that I didn't even consider until I saw them and interacted with them. Very cool stuff!

  48. The emptiness is what bothers me. Like I can be in what is meant to be the busiest part of the city in the afternoon and count maybe 14 people. There should be WAY more in these areas. I don't know if they plan on increasing it after the bugs are fixed or what.

  49. I don't think it was that much but in contrast to other games, it feels like it for sure. The sexual interactions are not what I thought they would be. I don't know what I had in mind but eh. I did it a few times and was bored of it.

  50. From what I read, it isn't much better on the newer consoles either. I don't know what happened or where they went wrong but I am pretty disappointed. I ended up getting a refund. I will buy it for PC next year. I have to wait until after Christmas now unfortunately.
